For those of you who are Ron Paul fans, he said he would have voted no as well. He missed the vote because he’s out campaigning for president.

Keep in mind that Jon is wrong about the motto not being under attack. It is and there are many people, myself included, who have petitioned the government to readdress the issue. We were, of course, told to politely fuck off by those in Washington. It is highly likely, given the timing, that they did it to piss off President Obama for saying the motto is E. Pluribus Unum and because regular people want gods out of government.
