Fox News Priest Explains Atheism “Fad”
Sorry folks. Atheism isn’t a fad or a craze or a trend. It’s been around since the beginning of time. The only difference now is that people who are atheists are speaking up due to the many venues available to do so because we now know that there is support out there for us. We don’t have to worry about being ostracized from our community and there are resources for us to move if we are.
The priest in the book believes there aren’t a lot of people who don’t believe in a god, it’s the book publishers who are publishing books about atheism instead. Then, good, god-fearing Christians buy those books just to see what’s going on.
The fact is, Christians do not understand atheism and they try to put atheists into a little box to fit their worldview. I’ll take atheists who try to help others instead of believing in the vengeful, spiteful, terrible idea of a god.
